Hello, I would like to share with the results I achieved after 2 weeks of the experiment with my weight loss.

  1. 7:30 – Turbo Bulletproof Coffee (my own version)
  2. 15:30 – Fish fillet with white cabbage and vegetables
  3. 19:00 –  Whey protein shake with rice waffles (After workout)
  4. 20:30 –  Salad with eggs, olives and tuna (1,5 hour after workout)

You must remember that I can’t give the exact amount of the individual components or their weight, because of my daily job, my diet has to be very instinctive when it comes to the number of calories I consumed daily. My main goal is to eat at leat 150g of protein every day and try to keep good energy level with fat and carbs. But for this kind of diet you will need to have enought experience, that’s why the beginning practitioner should monitor carefully their calories.
