Food Book:
- 7:00 – Turbo Bulletproof Coffee (my own version)
- 12:00 – CHEAT MEAL 🙂 Caffe Latte with Ice cream (hard day at work)
- 16:30 – Mushrooms stuffed with minced meat and cheese
- 19:00 – Whey protein shake with 2 bananas (After workout)
- 20:00 – Salad with chicken and vegetables (around 1 hour after workout)








Just a quick update. I have now lost 52 lbs and am just on the cusp of no longer being obese!
I’m 62 and have been obese since I was a teenager. I still do a 4:3 fasting regimen, but I eat about 750 calories on “fast” days.
That is great man! I have now a lot work of work but I will post this week my progress at the day nr 45 😉
Quick Tip for You, don’t be afraid to eat normal amount of calories on “fast” days. In fact, in these days you should particularly care about the right amount of calories, because your body after a day of fasting will be perfectly prepared to absorb all the micro and macro components and carbohydrates in the evening.
