From FaT to FiT in 100 days experiment – (Day -60-)
Hi everyone, it’s time for another summary of my losing weight experiment, to be FiT for the summer. The past two weeks have passed under the sign of change training plan. Now I decided to focus on the heavy training in reliable FBW system, 5 x 5, Full Body Workout 5 series with 5 repetitions. At the moment my caloric pool is quite low and I started to feel deficient in strength during the long workouts, so I decided to focus to shred muscles in the shortest possible time. I shrunk the number of workouts to 3 per week, where at each workout day, try to work each muscle group with a focus on complex exercises, oldschool. I have to admit that quite well it works for me, the power does not drop down and even in some exercise slightly increased. As for diet, I have noticed that with every new day is harder and harder to burn more fat. So now I am from Monday to Friday only on proteins and fats, plus some carbs in the post workout meal, but at Saturday I cut fats and eat a way more carbs, I try to fill my muscle with glikogenem. As for now, I dont feel any specific variations in moods, get enough sleep, so hormones even tease me.
