Result after 6 weeks of training

Hello everyone, it’s been 6 weeks since I came back to training after a looong break caused by an accident at work. During this time, I tried to choose the optimal training and diet for myself. I have collected some materials and in the coming week I am going to write a number of articles on my current approach to training. I hope you will follow my return to shape and it will motivate you to work on yourself 🙂 So after 6 weeks I lost 3,5kg (11,5lbs), my starting weight was around 101,4 (223lbs) and after 6 weeks it was 97,9kg (215lbs). I didn’t want to start too hard after so long break with the training and cutting same time, so weight loss an average of 0.6 kg (1lbs) per week seems to be a very optimal value. I will provide all details in the next articles.
