Fill out the form of the consultations, and on the basis of this short interview I will prepare for you your individual diet plan, adjusted to the desired objective, which may be:

- From a few to dozens of examples of meals to prepare at home or substitutes for meals to eat “on the town”
- For an overview of techniques for preparation of meals

- A few comments and indication of past mistakes in your diet
