Fill out the form of the consultations, and on the basis of this short interview I will prepare for you your individual diet plan, adjusted to the desired objective, which may be:

  • From a few to dozens of examples of meals to prepare at home or substitutes for meals to eat “on the town”
  • For an overview of techniques for preparation of meals
  • List of recommended and optional supplements to support your diet
  • A few comments and indication of past mistakes in your diet
