In the afternoon, we can notice the slight increase in our efficiency and training opportunities. In the afternoon a great idea going to weight training, but also running. In the case of runing a lot of importance is also where we train. If you run in a big, crowded city, running an afternoon time means a good dose of inhalation. Morning air is less polluted.
In reality, however, the best time to exercise is the time that suits and matches your plan for the day, in which you feel your best and have the most energy.
Much more important than this is it better to exercise in the morning or in the evening, there is a consequence. People exercising at the same time each day to “teach” their bodies how to be ready for training in this particular time.  If you are preparing for a particular event, which will take place at a specific time of the day, it would be good practice for the same time of day, then our body gets used to the effort in these hours.
